This policy explains how Bookvion Taxi uses personal data when you book or visit our service.
1. Controller and scope
FATIH KEMAL LLC, 8 THE GREEN STE 7061, DOVER, DE 19901-3618, United States, operates Bookvion Taxi and is responsible for personal data processed through taxi.bookvion.com. This policy covers booking, payment, support and site-use data handled by the service.
2. Data we collect
We collect the information needed to arrange your transfer: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, pickup and destination, travel date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage details, selected options, booking status and support messages. We also process limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address, cookies and pages viewed.
3. Data about other passengers
If you book for another passenger, you must ensure that you are entitled to provide their information and that they understand this policy. We use that information only to arrange and support the transfer and meet our legal obligations.
4. Why we use data
We use data to process and support bookings, issue transfer tickets, communicate trip updates, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting requirements, improve the service and, where you consent, measure advertising and analytics. We do not use optional analytics or advertising cookies until you choose to allow them in the cookie settings.
5. Legal bases and marketing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process booking data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention, or with your consent. You can withdraw consent to optional marketing or cookies at any time; withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
6. Who receives data
We share only the booking information required to fulfil the transfer with the assigned local transport provider and driver. For international routes, an identified global booking partner may provide the booking form directly within our site and process the details you submit under its own terms and privacy policy. We also use service providers for payments (including Stripe), email, hosting, support, security and consented analytics or advertising measurement, including Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. They may process data only to provide their service or meet legal obligations.
7. International transfers and retention
Because transfers and service providers may operate in different countries, your data can be processed outside your country of residence. We retain booking data only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
8. Cookies and similar technology
Necessary cookies and local storage support booking, security, language and your cookie choices. Google tags can send limited cookieless measurement signals while analytics and advertising storage remain denied; Google Analytics or advertising cookies are enabled only when you grant the corresponding permission. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only with analytics permission. Clarity session recordings mask sensitive input content, and digital transfer ticket pages are not instrumented. You can accept, reject or change optional choices at any time through the Cookie settings button. Blocking all cookies in your browser can affect site functions.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing. You can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time and update cookie preferences through the Cookie settings button. To make a request, email taxi@bookvion.com from the address used for the booking and include your booking number where available.
10. Security, children and updates
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our service is not designed for children to make bookings without an adult. We may update this policy when our processing changes or law requires it; the latest version is published on this page.
