BOOKVION TAXI · FATIH KEMAL LLC
Nutzungsbedingungen
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms explain how you book and manage a private transfer through Bookvion Taxi.
1. Who we are
Bookvion Taxi is an online booking and trip-management service operated by FATIH KEMAL LLC, 8 THE GREEN STE 7061, DOVER, DE 19901-3618, United States ("we", "us" or "Bookvion Taxi"). We act as an intermediary platform that matches customers with local transport providers. We do not operate the vehicle or provide the transportation service. The local transport provider identified in your voucher is responsible for performing the transfer.
2. Definitions
A “Customer” is a person who uses the service. A “Booking Request” is the information submitted to request a transfer. A “Booking” is a request accepted after required payment and availability checks. A “Voucher” or “Digital Transfer Ticket” is the document containing the confirmed trip details. “Transport Provider” means the local licensed company or driver assigned to perform the transfer.
3. Booking request and confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until we have received the required payment and sent you a confirmation or digital transfer ticket. You must provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, passenger, luggage and flight details. We may request clarification, suggest another vehicle or decline a request when information is incomplete, availability is insufficient or the service cannot be safely provided.
4. Meeting place and destination
The meeting point and destination are the locations written in the voucher. They may be an airport terminal, hotel, address, transport hub, map point or another agreed location. You are responsible for making sure the address and hotel name are complete and for telling us about access restrictions, private roads, ferry requirements or similar route limitations before the transfer.
5. Date, time and flight information
Pickup time is local time at the pickup location. For airport collections, provide the flight number where requested so the local provider can follow reasonable schedule changes. Estimated journey times are estimates only and may change because of traffic, weather, border controls, road closures or other conditions outside our control. For a transfer to an airport, you remain responsible for choosing a pickup time that allows sufficient time for check-in and security.
6. Prices, currency and payment
The price shown at checkout is the full price for the selected vehicle, route, options and currency. Full payment is required online to complete the booking. Card and supported wallet payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider; we do not store complete card details. Currency conversion and bank charges imposed by your card issuer are outside our control.
7. Vehicle class and availability
Vehicle images and models are illustrative. We may provide an equivalent or higher-class vehicle when the exact model is unavailable. The vehicle class, passenger capacity and luggage capacity displayed at booking apply to the service. A change to a lower class will be offered only with your consent, unless an emergency or safety issue makes this unavoidable.
8. Passengers, children and luggage
You are responsible for choosing a vehicle with sufficient passenger, child-seat and luggage capacity. Every child counts as a passenger. Child seats must be requested during booking where legally required or needed. Oversized luggage, sports equipment, mobility equipment, animals, additional stops or other special needs must be disclosed before the transfer; they may require confirmation, a larger vehicle or an additional charge.
9. Waiting time and delays
Your booking includes 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Any pre-purchased extra waiting time is shown at booking and on the ticket. Extra time not pre-purchased may be available only if the driver agrees, and may be charged locally. Flight delays, traffic and similar events do not automatically extend waiting time beyond the amount shown in the voucher.
10. Customer no-show
Keep the phone number supplied with your booking switched on and reachable around pickup time. If you do not arrive within the applicable waiting time and cannot be reached using the contact details supplied, the driver may leave and the service may be treated as a no-show. A no-show is normally non-refundable except where mandatory law or the applicable fare rules provide otherwise.
11. Transport provider no-show
If the assigned driver cannot be found at the booked pickup time, use the driver or support contact details in the voucher without delay. Keep reasonable evidence of your presence at the meeting point and attempts to contact us, such as call records, messages or a dated photo. We will investigate the issue with the local provider and provide the remedy required by the applicable fare terms and law.
12. Changes to a booking
Requests to change a route, date, time, vehicle, passenger count or options must be sent as early as possible using the contact details in the voucher. A change is effective only when we confirm it in writing. Changes may alter the price and may not be possible close to pickup or where the local provider has already committed vehicles and drivers.
13. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel the booking for a full refund when the cancellation request reaches us more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations received 24 hours or less before pickup are not refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; the time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. If we or the local transport provider cancel a confirmed booking because the service cannot be performed, the amount paid for that booking will be refunded in full. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
14. Complaints and support
For urgent issues, use the contact details in the voucher first. Please send non-urgent complaints with your booking number and supporting information within 14 days after the scheduled transfer. We will review platform, booking and payment issues and coordinate with the local provider for matters relating to the transport service.
15. Liability and third-party transport
FATIH KEMAL LLC remains responsible for operating the booking platform and handling its own obligations. Transportation performance, licensing, road safety and the driver’s conduct are the responsibility of the assigned local provider, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, public health measures, strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, government restrictions, road closure or major transport disruption. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and offer practical next steps where possible.
17. Privacy and communications
We use booking information to arrange your transfer, issue the voucher, send trip updates, provide support and meet legal obligations. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may send essential booking communications by email, phone, SMS or messaging app using the contact details you provide. Optional marketing is sent only where permitted by law and can be stopped at any time.
18. Governing law, terms and updates
These terms, your voucher, the price and conditions shown at checkout, and mandatory consumer law form the agreement for the booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. We may update these terms for future bookings by publishing a new version on this page. The version available when you complete payment applies to your booking.
