How do you book your transfer?

  1. Book your transfer

    Choose your route and vehicle, add your travel details and pay securely online.

  2. Your ticket, ready to go

    Your ticket link arrives by email. Pickup instructions and driver details appear there once assigned.

  3. Meet your driver

    Go to the meeting point shown on your ticket. Your driver will take you straight to your destination.

01Is the price per person or per vehicle?

The price covers the whole selected vehicle, within its passenger and luggage capacity. Taxes are included; optional paid extras are shown before payment.

02When is my booking confirmed?

For transfers paid on Bookvion, your booking is confirmed after successful payment. We email your private ticket link. Driver assignment is a separate step; the details appear in your ticket once assigned.

03How do I pay?

Pay the full total online through Stripe. You see the amount before opening secure payment. If payment is not completed, your details remain saved but your booking is not confirmed.

04Where will I meet my driver?

Check your private ticket for pickup instructions and assigned driver details. If the meeting point is unclear, contact support before your pickup.

05What if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number so the team can follow arrival changes. Contact support for a major delay or a last-minute update.

06Can I add a child seat?

Select child seats during booking and add each child’s age in the notes.

07Can I cancel?

You can cancel for a full refund more than 24 hours before pickup. Review the cancellation terms before payment.
