- Race weekend: 1–3 October 2027 at TOSFED Istanbul Park.
- The circuit is in Tuzla on Istanbul’s Asian side.
- Official 2027 access, parking and pickup locations are not yet published.
Where is Istanbul Park?
TOSFED Istanbul Park is at Akfırat, Göçbeyli Boulevard No:1, Tuzla. This is not a city-centre venue: a hotel near Sultanahmet or Taksim starts the day much farther from the circuit than one in Pendik or Tuzla.
The official ticketing page places the circuit roughly 15–20 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) and about 80 km from Istanbul Airport (IST). Those are location estimates, not race-day journey times.
Plan the hotel-to-circuit journey
Book using your hotel’s exact address rather than only a district name. Add the number of passengers, luggage and any accessibility needs so the vehicle fits your group.
If you also need a ride back, plan both directions. After a race, exit queues and temporary traffic controls can change the best meeting point; keep your return pickup flexible until the organiser publishes the final transport plan.
What to check before race day
Keep your ticket, the official event app and your driver’s contact details accessible. Confirm the permitted vehicle access area and walking route to your gate when the organiser releases them.
No operator can responsibly promise a specific gate drop-off today. Bookvion will use the confirmed access instructions for the final pickup details and tell you if a meeting point needs to change.
- Check the event’s latest access notice.
- Share your hotel address and planned departure time.
- Allow extra time for event traffic and security queues.
- Keep your return contact number available.
Event access and pickup rules may change. Check the organiser’s latest instructions before travelling.
Common questions
Can a car take me to the entrance gate?
The permitted drop-off areas for 2027 have not been confirmed. The final walking distance depends on the organiser’s traffic plan.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. Enter the circuit and your hotel as the return route. Confirm the race-day meeting point closer to the event, once official access instructions are available.
Is a race ticket included?
No. Bookvion provides the transfer only. Tickets and event admission are arranged separately with the organiser.
